Who We Are

FTS Consulting Limited has been in existence since 1989, consistently providing a range of products and services to help organisations of varying sizes develop the strategies, policies, procedures and practices associated with their most expensive and valued resource – their employees. Whilst our offices are based in Hampshire we are operational throughout the UK and Channel Islands and our clients range between multi-nationals, small and medium-sized businesses and the public sector. Our Consultants have a range of backgrounds and experiences at senior-level, including those in finance, construction, IT, manufacturing, retail and the public sector.

At  FTS we work with the Client rather than for the Client. This means that we listen harder, understand better and advance quicker. By developing a strategic partnership with our clients we are able to tailor our services to fit their needs exactly. We offer unique rather than off-the-shelf solutions and therefore apply a flexible approach to our projects. Every client has a different set of needs and we possess the adaptability and creativity to meet each and every one of them.
